A birthing doula is there with you every step of the way. We help you with everything from formulating your desired birth plan, answering questions on pregnancy, laboring options, and coping techniques. We are well versed in the birthing process and can be a comforting support during this sacred transition.

As your birth Doula, I will be there for you during pregnancy and birth.  This includes a hand to hold (or squeeze!) during contractions, breath-work throughout the different stages of labor, a carefully curated environment to enhance a sense of peace and to ease the flow of labor. Encouraging & guiding partner participation with loving support.
