As your Doula I will be there with you every step of the way

~Educational & Emotional support throughout pregnancy

~Virtual support via texting, email, phone calls

~ 1:1 in person meet up’s with just you or you & your partner

~Assists in co-creating your desired birth plan

~Educates client(s) on autonomy in birth & options for laboring period

~Continuous communication & support during pregnancy via text, email, phone calls.

~Answers questions

~Provides resources on topics of interest

~24/7 On call status 2 weeks before & after EDD

~Up to 12 hour continuous in person support during active labor includes using non-medical techniques to ease & support the mother during labor & birth process. 

~Breastfeeding support & education for up to 2 hours after delivery if breastfeeding is the chosen feeding method by mother. Support & education provided for bottle-fed infants as well. 

  Working in service for mother, partner & the family as a whole.

~Co-creates a postpartum care plan that is TaylorMade to the specific needs of the family. 

~Newborn care consisting of feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, et c;

~Helps create a community of support before & after birth.

~Assumes light house work (baby laundry, dishes, tidying up, simple meal prep).

~Assists in working through birthing/postpartum experience & feelings.

~Offers guidance in discovery & adjustment to new family rhythm and/or schedule.

~Assisting with easing sibling transitions. 

~Ongoing education & support for each parent/family specifically

~Accompany you to your doctors appointments, pelvic floor therapy sessions, birthing classes et c;

~Professional Resource list

A carefully curated list of trusted professional resources made for you! Specifically customized to your area! ( Lactation specialists, Pelvic floor Therapists, Pediatricians, Mommy & Me classes et c; )

~Nesting Assistance (1-3 hours):

Preparing home to feel comfortable and set up to facilitate convenience & a successful transition for when baby is here 

~Nursery organization

Assistance with setting up nesting stations around home 

~1:1 1 hour Basics of Childbirth Education 

~1-2 hour session focused on Postpartum Education

~1:1 1 hour basic lactation/breastfeeding education

Education & demonstration with tools on how to set you up for a successful breastfeeding experience
